How do I start buying?

Open your trade account on this site: go to My account (or Sign in) and apply as a new customer. Once your account is approved, you sign in to see live stock, wholesale prices and auction lots.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer only, from the company account registered and verified on your trade account, to the bank account shown on our proforma invoice. Payment at collection, through our logistics partners, is available by prior written agreement and is stated on the proforma invoice. We do not accept payments from third parties. With Stock & Hold you pay 25% to reserve and 75% at collection.

Can I make an offer?

Yes. On any stock line you can send your price; the trade desk accepts, counters or declines.

How do auction lots work?

New lots appear on the platform as soon as they open, with units and grades shown. You make an offer on a lot; once it is accepted, the trade desk sends the proforma invoice.

What do the grades mean?

From AA+ (like new, customer returns) to C (heavy cosmetic damage). Every pre-owned device is graded and tested; the full Grade Guide is in your trade account.

How fast is delivery?

It depends on the route and customs. The platform shows the average delivery time to Dubai, and the trade desk confirms transit time on every order.

Something is not on the platform. Can you find it?

Yes. Send us the models, specs and quantities and we source it across our network, usually with an answer the same working day.
